Yorkton Rural RCMP received complaints that Bear was at large at 10: 12 p.m. Thursday.
Bear was in Center & # 39; the MASCI treatment while he was on leave from Center & # 39; Provincial Training & # 39; Whitespruce, and was last monitored in the treatment center about 8:45 p.m. Thursday.
Bear is considered low risk for the safety of the community. It is described as Indigenous, 5 & # 39; 9 ', which weighs about 145 pounds with & # 39; slender coat, brown hair and brown eyes. He also has a scar on his left cheek and tattoo "Raven" at work his left.
