San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was arrested Saturday night at the team hotel in & # 39; SAMPA, Florida, on suspicion of & # 39; bad battery domestic violence, police confirmed to NFL.com.
Report & # 39; arrest by Sheriff office of County & # 39; Hillsborough stated that Foster was entered prison at 11: 11 p.m. ET on pay & # 39; & # 39 domestic violence; first grade. Foster was arrested by Tampa police at 9: 10 p.m. at Grand Hyatt hotel where the team is staying before playing the Buccaneers of & # 39; Tampa Bay on Sunday.

Foster had many run-ins with the law since it was drafted by the 49ers 31 overall in 2017.
Foster was charged at & # 39; & # 39 in January, Alabama b & # 39; content & # 39; marijuana second degree. That charge was eventually dismissed after completing course & # 39; deviation for the first time.
Foster then faced more serious charges for an incident in California in February. He was initially charged in & # 39; & # 39 to April; felonies for domestic violence, making criminal threats and possession of & # 39; arms after being accused reversed his ex-girlfriend.
Judge ruled that there was no probable cause on the first two charges after ex-girlfriend returned the allegations and the judge found no other evidence to support the accusations. Payment of weapons reduced to less crime and Foster pleaded no contest in what & # 39; June.
He was sentenced to two years & # 39; probation, 232 hours of & # 39; community service, and $ 235 in & # 39; fines. He will not be allowed to possess firearms while on probation.
Having cut charges, Lynch said Foster had said that he would continue to get him on the team with his behavior.
Foster was suspended the first two games & # 39; season for breach of conduct & # 39; the NFL and policies & # 39; abuse & # 39; substances.
