The Royal Canadian mounted Police say that the man died at the Health Sciences Center in & # 39; St. John's on 30 & # 39; December.
He thought he was the only person on the vehicle, and the ATV was the only vehicle involved in the collision.
The police said that the incident was initially reported to the RCMP, but now an ongoing investigation to determine if alcohol was a factor.
