The developer of mobile games based in & # 39; Vancouver Kabam acquired lease & # 39; 105,000 kadmari on Vancouver Center II (VCII), currently being built by GWL Realty Advisors.
Kabam will be the main tenant of & # 39; the office tower of & # 39; office, hiring a third near & # 39; space & # 39; floor of building seven meters 345 000 & # 39; floors. The tower & # 39; 33 floor currently constructing a 753 Seymour Street, to be completed by 2021.
"It is not surprising that the third building is already rented before the excavation is even complete," says Geoff HEU, vice president of development of western Canada, for GWL Realty Advisors. "With the current vacancy rate at exceptionally low office & # 39; 3.9 per cent, we are confident that all VCII will be leased before completion."
As a leading lessor of & # 39; Center II, Kabam will have access to a number of & # 39; amenities, including 29 st floor Skyline Rooftop Deck and & # 39; fitness facility along with & # 39; yoga room.
The new lease is part of plans & # 39; long-term growth of & # 39; Kabam. The company also has offices in & # 39; San Francisco and Austin.
