The Nestle Confectionery Corporation (Switzerland) announced the forced repayment of share & # 39; PJSC SVITOCH Lviv Confectionary Factory (Lviv). This is stated in the message of the factory in the system & # 39; disclosure of information about the National Securities and the Stock Market.

Now Nestle owns 96.96% of company shares Lviv. This proposal in the form of & # 39; irrevocable request made under updated legislation of Ukraine, which regulates the activities of & # 39; companies with & # 39; joint shares.

According to the report, the market value of & # 39; one share was determined by the subject of activity & # 39; evaluation – BDO Consulting LLC – at the level of & # 39; 3934 hryvnia for one ordinary nominal shares.

Nestle has 96.96% of the shares in SVITOCH factory, one of the largest confectionery manufacturers in Ukraine. The Nestle group & # 39; Company in Ukraine and connects Nestle Ukraine LLC, Volynholding PJSC (Torch TM), TEKHNOKOM LLC (TM Mivina).

"SVITOCH" in 2017 increased its revenues by 1.2% – up to 2 billion 300.6 million UAH, but net profit fell almost 2.2 times – up to UAH 109.08 million.

The company's last year in & # 39; monetary terms increased sales of & # 39; confectionery flour b & # 39; 21.3% – up to 464.67 million UAH, chocolate – b & # 39; 7.2%, to UAH 620.99 million, but reduced the sale of coffee b & # 39; 7.4% to 1 billion 214.58 mln.
